This issue can be seen within the Web User Interface as the services list will be empty and jobs cannot be run. You may see the message "No Registered Services".
You will also see this when publishing a workspace, as the Register Services dialog will be empty.
Register Services:
This can occur on a distributed installation or when upgrading FME Server. It is caused by the services not being installed correctly.
To resolve this issue, run a series of post-installation scripts. (These are the same scripts that must be run after configuring the FME Server Database.) Follow the instructions here: http://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Server_Documentation/Default.htm#AdminGuide/Post_Config_Steps.htm. Note: On Windows, you may need to run these scripts as administrator (right-click and select Run as administrator). After running the scripts successfully, verify the problem is resolved by navigating to the Services page in the Web User Interface. You should see the list of services populated.
